There is one way to reach us and it is an email address. Questions, feedback and anything that looks broken all go to the same place.

- A question. How something is meant to work, or whether Big Shop can do the thing you are trying to do.
- Feedback. What is annoying, what is missing, what you would change. Big Shop is small enough that this genuinely decides what gets built next.
- Something broken. An error, a recipe that would not import, a shopping list that came out wrong.
If it is something broken, telling us what you were doing and roughly when saves a round trip — it is usually enough to find the error on our side.
Asking for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion is covered on the privacy page, which says what happens in each case. Deleting your account has a button on your account page and does not need an email.
